fished 3 streams with 2 good buddies today.
stream 1- this small wild trout stream flows through beautiful county. though most of it was iced over, being a freestone stream, so our trip here was cut short. spectorfly did manage one nice wild brown. absolutely beautiful. i will post the pic soon. i caught a wild brookie and time grew short and the ice was freezing thick!
stream 2- big spring. saw many sowbugs and other aquatic life moving around on the bottom. saw one brown run away, landed a nice wild rainbow and a buddy had a large one hooked for awhile. i love the way the stream looks, but i rank it at the bottom of the list for all limestoners, at least for the famous ones.
stream 3- yellowbreechs. fished the c&r area for a few hours. i caught a nice rainbow and scared a HUGE brown. my buddies landed a few really nice large browns. i really liked this area! first time to the c&r area, ill be back soon!
