Cool spring, mercer co, 5/6/10

had a couple hours to fish last evening, stopped at the delayed harvest area on cool spring. started around 6pm, not much going on, then around 7 some action started happening, nothing coming off the water, but looking at the sky revealed what looked like hendrickson spinners, so I tied on a spinner and nabbed 4 in 15 minutes, that action died when some caddis started coming off right before dark, got a couple more on an olive hares ear soft hackle, classic cast across and downstream wet fly fishing! lost about 6 others.
finished the evening with a straub dark while taking off the waders.
