Fished almost the entire FFO, Catch and Release section. Not so much as a take. There is no water. Tried a dry dropper and the dry would just sit with virtually no current. Why do they stock this stream in the fall? With no harvesting, it seems we're raising trout to feed blue herons, mink, etc.
