I had great luck last evening. hi air temps and brackish water. A nice sulpher hatch hit about an hour before sunset. Sporadic risers but each rise indicated a hungry and indesciminate fish. Five 12 to 14" fish were raised and nearly double that lost by poor timing. Fly of the day was the Unusual and a #12 parachute

Nice to hear that someone is catching them down there. I had the same problem with timing down there the other week. They were taking little sunfish nips on my nymphs and I missed a bunch and lost a few. Managed to land one before I left. At least you are gettting out there. I've been working crazy hours, 14, 16 18 hours straight for the last two weeks. I need a break, and not a half hour sneak over to the local stream break either. I'd quit my job if the economy weren't so bad. But maybe I'll pull through this transition and something good will come out of it.
