Fished Codorus last night from 7:00pm to approx. dark.
4 very healthy brown brought to the net with a few others missed or rolled. Used dries, soft hackles, nymphs, and a bugger and had takers on each.

Saw a few sulphers, but nothing in any numbers. A few fish were rising, but no regular feeding patterns. Stream volume was as good as it has been all year (or at least for my 3-4 trips so far).

it was a nice evening...

Sounds like a good day. After hitting some unfamiliar waters this past weekend I'd like to get a few hours on the Codorus where I know I might have a better shot on a familiar stream. I like the Codorus just slightly high and just slightly off color. So there's just enough water and security for the big boys to feed comfortably.

And then the second week of June I'll be trying to figure out new water on the Loyalsock, who knows maybe I'll see a Green or Slate Drake hatch up on the Sock.
