I started in Ogletown and went upstream for natives. Water temp was 61 degrees at 9:00am. I got 2 native brookies on Royal Wulff above rt 56 but soon gave up because almost all of the land is posted. Once I got to Pine Lake I turned around. Headed downstream near the rope bridge (1/2 mile up from iron bridge) and got one more native brookie. Water temp was 66 degrees here. Water was low and fish were spooking easy so I moved to FFO section. Water temp was 70 degrees in FFO around lunch time. Caught 4 stocked trout on Wulff and Chernobyl Ant. A lot of fish in FFO but they were very lethargic. I probably could have caught more if I used nymphs but wanted to stick to surface fishing. Lots of mosquitos and flies so I smoked 3 1/2 cigars without eating anything all day. Not a good idea in 90 degree weather. Stomach felt like crap by the end of day.
