Fished the open water from 3-5pm. WT was a cool 56 degrees, low and clear. Fish were extra spooky as I think I was fishing behind someone as evidenced by boot prints at different spots. Managed to bring 11 to hand before a thunder storm chased me off the creek.I used a large foam ant with the Clarks Creek Crack (green weenie) tied off the bend. One took the ant and the rest came on the weenie as usual. About half the trout were stream bred. If it rains much today, Clarks should be good to go tomorrow. Saw no other fisherman.

I fished this morning and brought five to hand, all wild fish, very beautiful. Went upstream from the ap trail very misty, light rain on and off, water was pretty clear and very very cold 54 degrees it read this morning @ 6:00am.

Crippled callibaetis worked wonders!
