Where were all the nambie pambies on Monday afternoon? I fished the FFO section from 2pm-4pm and didn't see one car in any of the parking lots in the whole regs stretch. It was tough conditions to say the least with the high winds and a "chill" in the air. Didn't have one hit as the fish were sticking to the bottom and were not interested in eating. The slack water areas were starting to freeze over, but there was still plenty of moving water to fish. First ever skunk for me on this stream. But it was still an enjoyable day out and no crowds to work around.

That's because you were fishing the nambie pambie hours of 2pm-4pm, the warmest portion of the day. Real fishermen were out there from 2am-7am.
