Many, many, anglers agree as to how poor it is in the fly section up there. I havent had a double-digit day up there since last year before the fall and the poaching started getting heavy. Meanwhile the non-flyfishers are pouring into my work with pictures and requests for good taxidermists. Some of the brookies from Clarks look pretty good, but the rainbows from Powells and the Breeches are awful. Half their tails worn off, scars, pale color, look like fat slobs. I wouldn't stuff'em with crab meat.
Oh well, one can only hope the PFBC does the regs section better on the last stocking of the spring. Atleast by that time the second season will have started and all those folks can start fishing at home.
