Clark's Creek 10/28

Fished Clarks for the first time on Sunday. Entered by the barn and worked my way upstream. Landed a couple small browns and lost two larger ones with poor hook sets. All on BHGRHE. I can see why this stream is a local favorite. I kept finding myself on the wrong side of the stream but too lazy to backtrack forced some of my casting. I didn't measure the water temperatures but it seemed colder than the 50 deg I measured at Middle Creek later in the day.

BTW I kicked out several pheasant hiking in and out of from the stream. Any small gamers may want to check out the game lands there.

Walked the west side of the barn (towards 322) this afternoon. Saw a lot of browns at the first bend along the northern bank.
