Fished Clarks Regs section this afternoon from about 4-7 PM. Water was cool, clear, and very low. Nothing at all rising. Might have seen 2 rises all afternoon. I'm assuming the rain and fog had something to do with that. Managed 2 small browns. I mean TINY. I've caught brookies that small quite often. 1st baby browns though. Both came off of a size 18 PT tied off of the back of a 16 generic parachute i tie. Lost one nice brown on the dry, but came off in some riffles. Stayed away from the pools, as low as it was. Tried to stay where the water was more broken. All in all, a great way to finish off the holiday weekend. Baby browns beat getting skunked!

I love the coloring on those little browns - a good sign for any stream - baby browns.
