did a canoe trip down the Clarion sat sept 17, low seventies, over cast and a few showers here and there, floated from Ridgway to Portland mills, water temp around mid sixties, caught smallmouth, rainbows , browns , no one else on the river , I`m sure the over cast day made the difference
