Took a young lad out for the Guided trip he won at Jakes with me, caught and landed 12 brown trout four of which were stocked the rest were born in that stream,and finally a Lil Brook Trout 8 " with a lil Kype and starting to color up.It was a shock because i never catch brooks here,not saying they aint there i always get browns,im half tempted to throw the browns up oon the bank so maybe the brookies will make a comeback.Water temp was 58 degrees flow was springlike and they have had rain the previous nine days of the other week till monday.I saw lil caddis activity not much else.
