I planned on being at Big Spring at 8am but didn't get there until around 9. It was beautiful out and the stream conditions were great. Water was in the high 50's and gin clear water. Most of the day I used various scud and cress bug patterns, also some blood midges. I fished until around noon and was lucky enough to bring 2 nice rainbows to the net. Only saw a couple other fishermen out. No real noticeable hatches going on and there were rises to terrestrials but I had no luck using them.
