Big Spring Creek, Cumberland co., 7/29/2016

Time: 7:30pm-8:45pm.

Weather: Clear, calm, humid, low 80's/upper 70's.

Water: Gin clear, perfect flow, mid 50's.

Hatches: Some midges flying around but I didn't notice much else.

Flies Used: Sz12 scud and sz16 cress bug.

Fish Caught: 9 rainbows, 1 brookie. Biggest fish was around 12 inches. But hey, any day I catch 10 fish at big spring in an hour is a good day.

I know, I really was in shock. Thats the best day I've ever had at Big Spring. Granted, about half of the fish were under 7 inches, but I'll still take it. I was tight line nymphing.
