Saturday i drove out to Big Spring for my 1st outting of the year. It was a beautiful day. It was partly sunny and hot. I only landed 1 fat 12" rainbow on a sz18 beadhead cressbug. I fished from 7-11:30 am. The water was gin clear and a cold 54 deg. As far as any hatches i didn't see anything come off the water. All i all it was a relaxing time and I finally made it out to fish.
