What can I say, this is one of those streams I don't do so well on. One fish in two trips, and it wasn't on this trip. It was cold today and windy too. All I saw were midges sporadically and a few risers here and there. I didn't bring my "A" game or 8x tippet. I saw lots of brookies and some big rainbows. I even snapped some underwater pics before I left. I think that really pissed them rainbows off. I didn't have a size 28 midge so they turned their noses up at everything. I fished at the ditch and just below it. Conditions were unfavorable as they were the last time and I didn't see any fish anywhere below the ditch downstream. I tried a few different patterns even scuds. No luck. Left there and went to Boiling Springs.
