Benner Washout

Fished the Benner Spring section. Used to spend a bunch of time here and got to know the area well. I have noticed that the stream is a lot "flatter" in the top section. The runs and holes are gone or greatly reduced. As a result I don't think it holds the amt of fish that it did in the past, or the size. Don't get me wrong, its still a great stretch of water, but....

Have you noticed this as well or is my memory warped?
