Fished it for the first time last Fri 11/8/13. The creek is nice, After getting hung up 2 or 3 times, I went to just roll casting scuds. Cuoght 2 trout. I had a great time even with the wind. The fly shop and owner Jim were top notch . I'll be back.

Hunter,
Please note that, when you write a report for this particular forum, you want to include the Stream/County/ Date format in the title (I'll fix this for you shortly). Take a look at the other reports.

In the body of the report, we ask that you include some relevant info about what you saw and what conditions were - water temps, hatches, weather, maybe fishing pressure or what flies worked. You mentioned having some success on scuds, which is good stuff.

We're looking for up to date info on what you saw and experienced that would give useful info to someone planning a visit to that waterway.

Closest Beaver Cks to Northeast, MD are those in York, Lancaster, and Chester Co. The one in Lancaster Co would be the least likely of those to hold fish over. The one in York Co has the largest pop of wild trout.

I'm assuming he meant Beaver Creek in Washington County, MD, especially since he mentioned the shop (which is right on the stream.)

It's a Cumberland Valley limestoner; you can also assume the water temp. was 50 +/- 1 degree.

Sorry it was Beaver creek in washington co, MD.Water temp was 51 deg, winds were 15-20 mph gusts.I'll do better on the next report.
