Hey all,

I have not posted in a while since I have been fishing the bay for stripers. I was amazed to see numerous reds in this stream. I caught some nice brownies on streamers. The trick was to change flies often, stay low, and use long fluorocarbon leaders. I also had to grease my line to keep it floating on the surface not to spook these fish. These are very wise fish and tough to catch. It you can get the first cast in without spooking these fish, you can catch them.

Used a 4wt 7.5 foot Sage Rod
Wulff Triangle taper line for roll casting which is about all you can really do on this stream. 10 foot leaders.

Good fishing all.
