There are 4 thin black foam sheets (1 believe 2mm) in the package of the Scintilla fly-buoy body foam. You can use it for ants, beetles, wing cases, etc.
The Hi-viz and Quick-Sight foarm (or whatever else they might be called) make for very easy to tie, and VERY effective ANT patterns.
