Alleghany River, Warren, pa, 7/14/2008

fished Sunday evening, water level was very good above where Hemlock Creek flows in, below Hemlock was a muddy mess from all the rain.
A few caddis coming off, very sporadic risers, water temp at 65f did not catch anything of size - they just stocked fingerlings, caught 10 all about 4" long -
we received lots of rain Sunday so outflow is high - maybe by the weekend water levels will come back down.
