Weather: Drizzly and cold, temps thirties to low 40's
Water Condition: Clear, moderately low but rising. Water visibility was such that you could easily see into bottoms all pools.
Location: We fished the gorge area south of Rt. 5

The big news is that there are many fish up into the gorge on 20-mile. We didn't fish any other areas or any other streams so I can't comment for sure - but If 20-mile is any indication then I'd say the fish have moved up the streams pretty well. Hopefully this will help spread out the fisherman too.

We fished from about 12:00 till 6:00. There are scads of fish but I only managed to land only two (had a few other good hook-ups). The water was extremely clear so I'm using that as my excuse for not catching more. ;-)

The two that I caught were landed on egg patterns: one on a black and blue egg, the other on a steeler egg (black and yellow). Of course I only caught two - so I don't know if that's a ringing endorsement for the flies that I used.

Please forgive the "hero shot", but I always enjoy seeing fish pics, so I thought I'd include it. Also you can see the water behind me to get an idea of the conditions.

The other pic is my dad fishing - I included it to show a little more of the stream conditions.

Go get some steelhead all yall!

Here's links to the patterns at my blog if you're interested:
