Your most unique trout

Found one to share recently, this guy came from a small class I (Connecticut version of class A) stream. I believe this one is wild but can't say for sure, I've only caught brookies here previously.

That's no doubt a wild tiger trout. Congrats! It's a pretty one too.

I Was born in ct and lived there till i was 26. Then moved to pa 30 yrs ago lol lol and never looked back .....but i will tell you wild tigers wete quite common in the 80s especially in litchfield county where im from in ct

Interesting! This guy was in fact from Litchfield county. I moved up here for work a couple years ago. Enjoying what it has to offer but I'd almost always rather be fishing in PA 😄

Genetic abnormality called a "blue brook trout". Very rare. I imagine in the wild, like winning the lottery.

Interesting! This guy was in fact from Litchfield county. I moved up here for work a couple years ago. Enjoying what it has to offer but I'd almost always rather be fishing in PA 😄

I thought that 2 at first but it’s a barred pure.
