the upper little J watershed got just over 4 inches, localized. THE J is blown, which makes it way the the big J which is probably chocolate milk. State college area got around 1 in. The ground absorbed it well

A little over .6 inch here in the Sahara of Dauphin County. That's in line with the performance during all the other forecast heavy rain events recently.

Had 4" in Columbia MD last Tuesday, another 1"+ yesterday. Streams around here don't hold it though. Back to summer base flow within 48 hrs

The rain was insane yesterday. I was stranded on the shores of Raystown Lake with my boat tied to a tree. The lightning and rain were relentless. Where I was had to see about 4 inches or more in about an hour. The dry stream bed that usually parallels Snyder's Run Rd was a raging torrent, one that could have easily swept a full grown man away. It was intense.

You are right about the river, though. It's going to be rising and very muddy for a bit. The Susky will be screwed eventually, too. The tribs and areas of the West Branch got a ton of rain.

Planning on hitting the Susky at Fort Hunter on Saturday. Any input on the water clarity would be appreciated- it is forecasted to hit 3.7' tomorrow then drop down to 3.5' by Saturday. Just not sure how muddy she will be.
