Anyone know what fly this is called?

Title says it all. From my vantage point it has yellow thread down the hook with some soft hackle(no idea what material) near the eye. It had more hackle before, but wear and tear have taken their toll. It has no tail. I also had a few that looked exactly the same but with a black rib through it. This was my go to fly when I first started out fly fishing and this here is the last I have left from the ones I bought 30 years ago. ChatGPT says partridge and yellow soft hackle; and another AI says floss body yellow with partridge. If you know what this or the one with the rib are called and/or have a recipe to make it and are willing to share, please do, if you know of a tungsten bead/euro style of it, that would be cool too.

After reading Sylvester Nemes' book The Soft Hackled Fly I'd say its a Partridge and Yellow. When he bought a few of them when he was a kid they were called spiders.

Unquestionably a partridge and yellow. They are frequently tied with a black rib. Pattern recipe is easy as is the tie. If you want to put bead on it and make it look like a euro fishing thing it will no longer be a partridge and yellow. Throw a bead on it and call it what you like, I’m sure it will fish just fine.

Hook - 14 wet fly or nymph hook
Thread - Yellow UTC 70
Rib - black ultra wire or thread
Body - Yellow floss
Hackle - Partridge

Here’s a pic of a Partridge and Yellow I tied recently. I really enjoy tying and fishing soft hackle flies. They are very effective particularly when bugs are really moving and the fish are feeding actively throughout various levels of the water column.
