Makes me sad as I think the owner, Rowland is a good man.

Note on the door said TCO would open in Spring 2016.

I know it's a tough business, but I tried to support YBO whenever I could.

TCO is moving in there. Jake will be the manager. They are renovating the building. Also going to have a section devoted to outdoor gear. I expect them to have a really nice store and service there.
