Tail - Red floss, red rooster hackle, or red calf tail
Body - Dark brown dubbing (aim for mahogany)
Wing - Tan calf tail, trude style
Hackle - Grizzly & brown, mixed

 
Your post inspire me to tie up a batch. I've not used these for quite some time. When the last in my box got lost I just didn't replenish. I'll give 'em a go again.

The attached link is how I model mine. I don’t do it exactly like the video, but pretty close. I usually tie in size 14 or 16 nymph hooks.

Pretty much what I did. But I used a bead head and just a few twist of lead. I tied up the first two on size 12 hooks just to get the feel for doing it again. Instead of the gold flat wire, I just used a small gold wire. Then I went to a size 14.
