I don't know that the recipe is published, but this is what I tie:
Materials
Hook: TMC 5262
Body: white ice chennille
Underside wing: 3-4 white marabou puffs
Top side wing: 3-4 olive grizzly marabou puffs
1 silly leg tied on each side
I tie a white puff in at the tail and an olive puff on top of that. Next tie the chennille and make 2-3 wraps. Then add another olive puff to the top of the hook and a white one to the bottom. Repeat the sequence of 2-3 wraps and adding marabou puffs until you get to the head of the fly, where you tie in a silly leg on each side.
