I saw 2 guys kayak over that falls back when it was still illegal.

Now they have an event every year where people come from all around to kayak over that falls.

Probably not at that flow level though.

I've heard reports of 6 inches over 24 hours in spots.

Yes it was crazy, we got about 4.5 inches of rain in western md, about 30 miles from confluence. All the rivers and tribs were just crazy, haven't seen anything like it, especially this late in the summer.

Currently 5100 cfs. It was around 11,000 cfs on Saturday. Prior high flow for this date was 1230 cfs in 2003. If I'm not mistaken, Al Gore predicted this back when he was inventing the internet.
