And my 1st few i think look like DOG$#!T. I do 2 and take a break to stretch my back
And I only made THREE. Ugh...should bowl or golf like the rest of the world's NPC's

3X, maybe 2X. 8 ft. leader. Minimize tree loss. It will be on my mind. "Check your Six" as they say. No back casting into a brush pile.

I'm gong to see how long it actually takes me to do one of mine. It's a proven design from last time, but I do it better now. All this FKKN rain.... I waited 17 years since the last one, and it was EPIC on the LIttle J. Don't rememeber much on Penns. Watch. I'll do this and hardly get a chance to use them. I'm 55. Berlin will be out of college by the next hatch, and I'll DEFINITELY be a total cripple by then.

Anybody just try a normal foam beetle tied with some orange ribbing? With how high the flows have been and especially considering the riffles they normally get eaten in- somebody needs to walts worm this pattern- i'd bet good money that 70-80% of those materials are completely unnecessary.

The hoover pattern is just thread, dubbing, foam, flash and legs.
