Float information on upper yough

Has anyone ever floated from oakland sang run road(streams and dreams) down to the upper yough boat put in on sang run? I've fished both places but the water between is not easily accessed. I'm not looking for fishing information as much as I am the float plans. It looks like it's less than 4 miles, could I run it in a canoe? What flows would be good? I know the deep creek release would need to be timed right. Any info would be appreciated, feel free to pm me as well, thanks. I've heard the whitewater below the area I want to fish is supposed to be fantastic but that's not really my thing.
