Fished Paupack creek Pike Co.

I fished Paupack creek last weekend. Its a stocker stream but there seems to be a lot of forage in the stream. Im pretty sure that the first picture is a stone fly. There were tons flying around if Im correct. Double winged in flight? Im not sure of the second picture? Any help?

The first one is a stoenfly.

The second is a free-living caddis larvae.

I thought the second looks like a hellgramite.

2nd def. not a hellgrammite. Hellgrammites have legs (or whatever) along the length of their bodies.
