Thanks for posting. Gave it a watch. Made me realize I've gotten sloppy and started doing this more often and have come home feeling like I've been in a fight. Sore shoulder, neck and back. Going to get back to keeping my elbow tucked and not working so hard.
Will give me a serious case of tennis elbow by extending my arm. Spent months rehabbing several summers ago. They told me there to keep my elbow tucked in. When I forget to keep it tucked in my elbow will protest after a bit.
This is what I was talking about when I mentioned the “book under the arm” instruction from Harvey himself (Humphreys learned from Harvey … “tuck cast” perhaps too?). Nothing new under the Sun
