March Brown/Grey Fox male. I suppose it could also be a Light Cahill which us very similar.

Maccaffertium for sure, but it doesn't seem light enough for a Cahill. I'd go with the Gray Fox color phase of the March Brown.

Plus, the eyes on a Cahill are much lighter in color.

 
The large eyes have it, as Redietz says. Gray fox changing into spinner.
 
Male mayflies have larger eyes than the females. This isn't unique to march browns.
