These have never been used, but I’ve had them for awhile.

I got these 4 1/2” Anvil scissors thinking that the new design with the open thumb would make them faster to get them on and off, but my thumb is smaller than many, and my thumb slips out. I’ve put a piece of removable flexible tubing on them now, as you can see pictured, which make them like regular scissors. You can adjust the tubing size to fit your thumb or remove it completely.

I have several pair of Anvil scissors which I’ve used for years. They are no longer in business, but I believe they were/are one of the best, longest lasting fly tying scissors.

I’ll also include this 5 1/2” pair of Dr Slick Barb Crushing Scissor Clamps. Unlike forceps, these do not lock closed, but rather they open and close freely like regular scissors. This pair is heavier duty than many forceps or scissors, making them ideal for crimping barbs or split shot, and cutting heavier leaders, for example.

I’d like $20 for the pair, picked up in the Lancaster area, or I’ll ship them for the actual shipping cost, paid by PayPal. Send me a private message here to purchase these, or with any questions.

Thank, John

P.S. As an aside, and separate from these other items, if anyone is wants to pick them up (I don’t want to ship them) I also have 1 1/2 bottles of Loon water based thinner than I’m no longer using and would be happy to give to you.

I have this Anglers Image stream thermometer for sale elsewhere here for $10.00, but I’ll include them here together with the Anvil scissors and the Dr. Slick scissor clamps, all 3 items for $20.00.
