Chris was great to do business with; if I had pre-sales questions like what kind of hair to use for whatever, he'd tell me, he would pick it out for me. What I got was always perfect for the application and I learned a lot about materials in the process. He also turned me on to Rite Bobbins and GSP thread for hair.

I had a similar set-up with Don Bastian, I would call or email him and tell him what color quills I wanted and he would pick them out for me. Those kind of material dealers are the kind you want versus folks that just pick from a list like the "curbside" orders at Walmart...

I miss those guys and the help the freely offered.

I lived in Ann Arbor for 10 years and near then was pretty a time in AATU. You spend much time out that way or mingle with those folks?

Those are gorgeous . My 11 yro would want to keep them as pets if she saw them.
