What is this dub?

Just curious what the theory is on that fly since I've never seen a natural in rainbow colors. Does it allow the nymph to look familiar no matter what might be in the drift?

The theory is the tale of the fisherman catching fly..... Look it caught troutmagnet.

What then is the psuedotheory that catches fisherman. Or does reason not enter into the equation?

Tungsten Beadhead Rainbow Prince - Per 3

A variation of a Prince nymph with added flash rubber legs and extra weight. This fly is increasing in popularity every year. It will never replace the original, but definitely complements it, and is one to keep in your box. A great attractor pattern. Per 3.
Sizes: 12, 14, 16.

I think the fish take it as a Royal Coachman nymph.

I'm sold. Ordered 2 dozen.

Cheap price and flashy lights with promises of greatness. A line to catch almost anybody let alone fishermen.

You can't sucker me into that goofy pattern.

I'll still use the fly "Formally Known As Prince" they just work!!!

Who? Who? Who? Meh. Who? Who? Who? Who?

I like Neil Diamond. He recorded a version of Stagger Lee, too. My wife says that Nick Cave sounds like Neil Diamond, but that's because she's a hateful woman.

Dylan did it as "Stack A Lee" on a studio album, World Gone Wrong, I believe. He shows off his delicate fingerpicking talents.

I'm willing to admit in public I prefer Bob Dylan over Grateful Dead, although much of that is precipitated on Subterraean Homesick Blues.

Also, Nick Cave covers Death is Not The End, so we can bring it all back 'round to him. Isn't that what matters here? That and ugly rainbow dubbing?

Indeed.
