Cress Bug pattern

I tie mine with muskrat and olive (differnt mix % depending on the stream), some ribbed and some with shell back.

Hit a walts worm with a dubbing brush. Done. No need to make the fly flat on the top and bottom.

I'm convinced tying anything but a uniform body from all sides doesn't fish as well. The only time this may not be true is for larger flies and streamer patterns.
 
i tye a similar fly to the first video with pheasant tail as the vein rather than thread.
