Why cant PA stock fish like this??

haha ok watched a couple minutes and this guys like " 20 plus pound trout " and i thought, okay heres another stupid youtube video, then i kept watching and about 6:45 they start throwing asain carp size trout. the slow motion sound effects are pretty funny too!

pa does stock LIGHTNING TROUT they call them GOLDEN TROUT here. and the biggies are called spawned out fish..spread out all over the state..

oh i know sand, im well aware. but i mean those fish dont even look normal, ive stocked many times float and bucketed and ive never seen anything like what i saw there

there is still a 36" one here in pine. had a guy tell me recently about it. 4 years now only caught once and released. eagle hasn't got him either..

I love the boats sitting in the lake waiting for the stocked fish. Those are big pay lakes and I've seen videos from them before. Caught 1 lightning trout before and that's all I need. If I catch another, great, if not, no big deal. Love how the "monster" trout have no tails left. Been sitting in a cement tank for their whole lives and it all rubbed off.
