Has anyone in Pa. seen any major hatches of the White Fly this month?

I fished the Breeches last night Aug.31 for an hour. (night before the Ida flooding) There were no white flies to be seen. but I caught two on a white fly. The evenings are going to be too short for me to fish it again this year.
