I'm pretty active when I go fishing and tend to break a sweat especially on days like today . And my sunglasses always fog up to the point were I can't see and I have to take them off . Is there any tips you have to stop them from fogging ?

This is a common problem for bikers (both motorized and via pedal), skiers, joggers and people who, for whatever reason choose to take showers with their sunglasses on...🙂

Here's what E-how sez to do:

If you can stand to move them just a bit away from your face (to allow circulation of more air) and still be able to see what you need to see, this is probably the quickest and least costly remedy.

Bet dollars to doughnuts that sweat smells like beer. Am i right?

They don't fit right. Get a pair of non-wraps. You won't look as cool, but yer #OOPS# won't fog.

Airflow is the key.

One of the snake oil salesmen at one of the outdoor shows I attended had some kind of anti-fog wipes. The demo he gave was pretty impressive. Might be worth looking for something like that.

Sea drops Anti Fog lense cleaner liquid is around $4.
I don't use it.
fished yesterday and had to pull my smiths away from my face to clear (evaporate).
I'm considering getting some will let you onw how it works.
My suspecion is they are all similar to rain-x.

Small red container called cat crap. I've never used it but heard it works ok for lens fogging.

I had the same problem today. My glasses hug my face pretty close so it happens often unfortunately.

Cat crap, which is sold at eastern mountain sports, works pretty well ... one application seems to last for hours

As a past scuba diver, I can tell you that if you spit on them and wipe it off it will help with the fogging. I've used it on scuba masks in the past and it works. Also if you cut a potato in half and rub that on the inside of the glasses it works too.

Whatever you choose to rub on your lenses, just be careful it is safe for polarized lenses. I had a strip of those glasses wipes (like wetnaps in foil pouches) and noticed it said "Not for use on Polarized Lenses"

I think it may be ammonia that's the problem?

$5 for the aviator style glasses from wallyworld. They won't fog up as much as the $150 dollar Smiths and you won't cry when you step on them. For $5 a pop, you can buy several and leave them all over the place
