Resetting password issues

Hi all. I saw this on another board and figured I'd pass it on. Maybe someone can drop him an e-mail and give him a hand in getting his password reset.

i seem to have forgotten my password and would ask someone who post there to send a moderator my email address so i can tell them that their reset password system is broken and needs fixing

i have tried numerous times to reset my password and it just doesnt work
