I was looking thru the PFBC site and ran across the trout plan presented in the fall of 2007. FYI, attached are four links under the heading. Not a lot of text on the powerpoint slides but some good info on trout conservation and plans. The FBC seems to be heading in the right direction with respect to protecting and enhancing wild trout populations in PA, IMO. It's up to us ratchet up the pressure to focus on maintaining and enhancing wild trout streams in PA, and support to their efforts.
