That's a nice long stretch.

It says: "The public fishing easement extends 35 feet back from the top of the creek bank on these parcels of land."

I wonder what happens to these easements when the streams move. It's normal and natural for streams to move, and also to split into multiple channels.

Does the 35 foot wide buffer move with the stream channel? Suppose it splits into 3 channels. Does each channel get a 35 foot wide buffer on both sides?

Probably why they word it that way. Top of the stream bank is the top of the stream bank. No matter where it is.

Nice to see it back to public fishing waters unlike in the past when it was closed down for the Home Waters Club. Both club waters are now permanent easements. Thank you PAFBC.
