Found - Pelican Kayak on Lehigh River

We chased down and pulled out a Pelican kayak that got loose on the Lehigh River yesterday near the Lehigh Gap nature preserve. Left just uphill from the boat ramp there w/ the life jackets and dry bag that were found in the kayak.
