Clover Creek in Blair County

Charles Meck mentions this creek in his book, "Pennsylvania Trout Streams and Their Hatches". (2nd Edition, I don't know if there's mention in the 3rd edition.)

But he talks of fishing private waters.

I see that portions of this creek are stocked. So I'm assuming there is public access along the creek.

Are there wild trout in this stream? Is it worth an afternoon try? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
