A Step Back?

Looks like the small victory for stream access in Utah has taken a step backwards, The Salt Lake Tribune. A lot of people thought the Utah Supreme Court's ruling was a big win for stream access all across the country a few months ago. Should be an interesting ending.

A reminder that legistlatures and not the judiciary makes laws. I fear polarizing people on this issue with court cases will result in more "comprimise" legistlation such as this.

Well a compromise is far better than completely off limits. Should be interesting to see how it ends.
