I picked up a commercial grade grizzly dry cape from Collins at the show last week for $10 and that has a ton of small size 24 stuff. I whipped up a bunch of Griffiths with it and they fished well yesterday. That being said, no need to hackle anything small than 24. just use dubbing and floatant.
