Stocking WV style

I help stock in NJ and toss them in is the procedure there too. I always get a kick out of all the complaints. It's not as if this hasn't been the practice for 100 years and seems to be working so far. One hatchery manager's comment to the shock and horror of seeing airborne trout was that he didn't bust his butt all year to kill them at the last minute.

The other one I always like is the "G**D*** state didn't stock this week" from guys fishing where I put 5 nets of fish into a hole an hout ago. Still have to learn how to catch them.

The spreading them out is 50/50. I always assumed that people would want the fish spread out. Not so. About half want the fish to stocked at one spot so they don't have to find them.

And I have never seen a truck follower, waiting fisherman help
